Write to support@earnpath.app. A person reads every message and we answer as soon as we can.
To help us help you faster, include:
- The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings.
- Your device model and iOS or Android version.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers by email. EarnPath never asks for them.
2 Signing in
EarnPath has no passwords of its own. You sign in with your Apple or Google account, and your EarnPath account is created the first time you do. Always use the same provider you started with: signing in with a different one creates a separate, empty account.
If you chose “Hide My Email” with Apple, your account is tied to the private relay address Apple generated. That is expected, and it does not affect how the app works.
3 Working offline and syncing
Your records live on your device first, so the app works without a connection. When you are back online, changes sync to your account automatically. If a change made on one device does not appear on another, open the app on both while connected and give it a moment.
4 Plans and billing
EarnPath is free to use. Paid plans are managed on the web at my.earnpath.app, where you sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in the app. There you can see your plan, update your payment method, download receipts, and cancel at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe; EarnPath never sees or stores your card number.
For a billing question the portal does not answer, write to support@earnpath.app from the email address on your account.
5 Export or delete your data
- Export: in the app, open Settings and use the data export option to get a copy of your records.
- Delete your account: in the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Your account is flagged for deletion immediately, can be recovered for 30 days in case it was a mistake, and is then permanently erased. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first in the web portal.
- Cannot open the app? Write to legal@earnpath.app and we will handle the request after verifying it through your Apple or Google account.

6 About the numbers
EarnPath calculates from the rates, deductions, and withholdings you enter. The results are estimates to help you plan; they are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. For decisions that depend on your tax situation, consult a qualified professional.
